TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline any request.

I will draw: OCs, fanart, kemomimi, ships. I won't draw: NSFW, furry, mecha, offensive content.

I require drawn or photo references. Additional text descriptions to supplement these references are welcome.

Commissions may take anywhere from 2-3 months to be finished. I generally work in the order of commissions received, which is reflected on Trello.

I will regularly update the status of commissions using Trello. I will use email or ko-fi DM to facilitate communication.

Requests for revision after the final piece is delivered will incur additional fees on a case-by-case basis. No fees apply if revision is being requested due to my oversight (ex. character is missing a previously specified feature or detail).

I will post the finished artwork to my ko-fi gallery and/or social media accounts unless requested otherwise.

I only accept payment via Ko-fi. I will only start working after receiving payment in full.

In the case that I cannot accept a commission, I will issue a full refund via PayPal.

I generally do not accept refund requests for any commissions over 50% complete (once base colors have been placed). I will not refund any finished commissions.

If, for any reason that is not the fault of the commissioner, I am unable to complete the commission in a timely manner, the commissioner is eligible to a full refund via PayPal.

I retain original copyright and ownership of my artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the artwork on my websites, social media, and portfolios, at my discretion. I have the right to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

The commissioner is granted exclusive rights for personal use of the commissioned artwork, which must not be transferred to any other parties. The commissioned artwork may not be sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Any artwork done or made available to the commissioner must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for-profit platforms or purposes.
